Intro to Restored Republic

The videos below provide a review of the restored republic and the history of this movement, which began about 30 years ago. Various researchers realised that our Republic was stolen from us after the Civil War in 1871. We have been under what we call the US Corporation since that time; slight changes were made to the Constitution's title to create the illusion that we were still operating under our original Constitution.

In 1874, the Vatican, the City of London, and the British royalty formed the US CORP, a corporation owned and controlled by those three entities. President Grant felt he had no alternative but to rebuild the country with funds supplied by those entities.

The new Corporate government pushed through the 14th Amendment, which transitioned everyone to the new status of US citizen, basically corporate slaves of the new Corporation. We were never notified that we were US citizens, and no longer state citizens or state nationals. There was no such thing as a US citizen before 1871.

Many years later, people began to realise what had happened, and very gradually, they woke up to the transition and its consequences. Gradually, people began researching and teaching others about it. One of the main changes, other than switching our status to US citizens, was replacing Common Law, wherever it was practised in the U.S., with Admiralty Law.

Common Law is much better suited to self-government, which the American people had been accustomed to for over two centuries. After 1874, those who controlled the Admiralty Law system thrived. In other words, the bar attorneys and judges, who were also bar attorneys, became very prosperous. From that time on, a very large portion of our elected representatives, senators, and Presidents were also bar attorneys.

State Citizen

Going back to our first constitutional convention in Philadelphia in 1777, the federalists also rammed through our very first Congress the Judiciary Act of 1789, which created the entire unnecessary federal judiciary and Supreme Court, which Jefferson correctly predicted would be the main institution leading to our downfall. This Judiciary Act has been a boon to bar attorneys, enabling them to increase their power and influence nationwide. With the 14th Amendment and the US Corporation, the bar attorney fraternity has flourished.

The bar attorneys and financial elites were winning battles right after that first Congress. They increased their power even more when Hamilton won the debate with Jefferson (President Washington favoured Hamilton over Jefferson), and implemented the first national bank (a precursor to the Federal Reserve), controlled by the Rothschilds, on December 12, 1791.

Finally, in the early 1800s, people had had enough of bar attorneys controlling everything.

As a result of all of the above, the American people finally fought back against the ever-growing power of the bar attorneys and proposed the 13th Amendment, which made it illegal for bar attorneys to hold office. It was called the Titles of Nobility Amendment, and it was created by the people to keep bar attorneys from holding public office.

The amendment was approved by the last required state, Virginia, in 1818. The bar attorneys did everything they could to get rid of it, and the only place you can find it is in legal and history books written between 1818 and 1860; it is not included in law books today. Fortunately, the history books printed in the 1800s included the titles of nobility amendment as the legally ratified 13th amendment. So the proof of its true legal legitimacy is well documented. But the bar attorneys still try to say it was never ratified. This situation is a good example of the power of the bar attorney lobby.

Back to the banks: the FIRST BANK was not renewed when its charter was up for renewal in 1811, as anti-bank President Madison opposed international bankers. When Madison refused to renew the charter, the Rothschild family publicly vowed to have the US at war within two years. And one year later, we had the War of 1812. Yes, they are that powerful, always have been, and always will be until we defeat them.

Madison was forced to establish the Second National Bank in 1816 (with a 20-year charter) to help repay war debts. Anti-bank, Andrew Jackson refused to renew that charter when it came up for renewal in 1832. The congress, bought and paid for by bank president Nelson Biddle, had enough influence to pay off almost enough congressmen to veto Jackson. And the Senate, also paid off by Biddle, actually censored Jackson for saving the country!! But Jackson prevailed and brought that bank down. A few days later, a paid assassin fired two pistols at Jackson from point-blank range, and both guns misfired. After that, the bankers implemented their plan to create a civil war to bankrupt America, gain total control, and implement the matrix we live in today.

Note that on slide 19 of the PowerPoint, where it says "Andrew Jackson," it should read "Andrew Johnson."

For those who want to dig deeper, the 50-page white paper, "Treason" (pdf, 27 pages), by RALPH BORYSZEWSKI, is also included. It describes how the bar attorneys/centralisers created a campaign to destroy the credibility of the Articles of Confederation in the 1780s.

If you really want to know who is controlling our country and how they have done it since our country's inception, you should read everything here. I suggest reading "American Lion" and "Jekyll Island" last, after reading these shorter PDFs and PowerPoint presentations.
